Term & Conditions of Limousine and Car Service
THESE TERMS OF LIMOUSINE AND CAR SERVICE (“Service Terms”) ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND All Bay LIMOUSINE SERVICE governing your use of the services (“Services”) offered by All Bay Limousine Service. Please review these Service Terms fully before you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. If you do not agree to these Service Terms you are directed to discontinue using the service. All Bay Limousine service reserves the rights to change or supplement the service terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these service terms regularly. These service terms were last updated on January 2017
- Airport Departure and Point to Point Transfers
We are not charging wait time fee for first 15 minutes, therefore waiting time fee will start after first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet and vice versa, and you will be charged on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle at 30 minutes increments.
Time spent waiting at additional stop will also be charged as waiting time.
- Airport Arrivals
We always track the flight status and we do not charge the waiting time fee for first 30 minutes on all Domestic flights and 45 minutes on all International flights from the official posted arrival time.
All Bay Limousine does not monitor private flights; therefore wait time will charge like as airport departure and point to point transfers of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
Additional stops are charged minimum $15.00 per stop on the way and these stop charges are calculated by the distance deviated from the route between the original pick-up and destination.

All deposits are non-refundable. All advertise fair are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events.
The rate quoted prior to your trip is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees like tolls, gratuity, waiting time and additional stops are not included in the estimate and may increase your rate.
Any changes made to your reservation after pick up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office 650-323-7878 before proceeding on your way.
Passengers are responsible for any tolls incurred throughout the trip. You will be charged the full toll rate. Discounted rates do not apply. Upon arrival at your destination, the driver will inform you of the tolls and add them to your bill. Tolls may vary from trip to trip based upon the route taken.
When traveling in a Luxury Sedan, 10-passenger Van, stretch limousine, SUV and 14-passenger van, a mandatory gratuity of 20% will apply.
AIRPORT PARKING FEES
When booking a reservation from the airport for an SUV, 13 passengers Van, or stretch limousine, airport parking fees will be added to the fare. The airport parking fee is based upon the parking rate of the Airport Authority.
Late Night/ Early morning
$15 – $25 (depends upon time/ distance) will be added for any pick up between the hours of 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It applies for all pickups.
Urgent Pick Up
For at the spot pickups reserved 1 to 3 hours before pick up time additional $15 will be added.
STANDARD DISPATCH PROCEDURE
An Early Morning Trip with a pickup time before 10.00 a.m. is usually dispatched by 9 p.m. the preceding day. All other trips are usually dispatched 4 hours prior to pickup time.
- AIRPORT SERVICE RESCHEDULING
Airport service rescheduling is possible at no extra charge, as long as rescheduling is requested before the driver is dispatched (see Standard Dispatch Procedure above).
- AIRPORT SERVICE & POINT TO POINT TRANSFER CANCELLATION:
THE FULL FARE (including gratuity) will be charged for cancellations in the two following cases:
- Cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched (see Standard Dispatch Procedure above)
- If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call All Bay Limousine Service at 1-650-323-7878 OR 1-888-711-7878. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting All Bay Limousine Service. You must contact us by phone.
- CHARTER SERVICE CANCELLATION
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of all hourly charters and 72 hours for special event arrangements (e.g. weddings, proms, birthdays, etc.) to avoid the charge of the full fare. A non-refundable 50% deposit is taken on all charters at the time of booking.

$10 Administrative charge for airport and general transfer service will apply if cancellation is requested before the driver has been dispatched (see Dispatch Procedure above).
For special events (Sports, Weddings, Proms, Birthdays) reservations will be minimum for 5 hours charter.
- AIRPORT SERVICE & POINT TO POINT TRANSFER (Sedan & SUV only)
All Bay Limousine Service requires that all changes be received by phone, email or through our website at least 4 hours prior to pick-up. If a change made less than four hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.
- ALL LARGE VEHICLES & CHARTER SERVICE
W e at All Bay Limousine Service requires that all changes must receive at least 48 hours prior to pick-up. If a change made less than 48 hours prior to pick-up and 72 hours for special event arrangements (e.g. weddings, proms, birthdays, etc.) cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.

All Bay Limousine’s entire fleets are NON-SMOKING. If during the drive client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs will find the safe place and park the vehicle for you to enjoy smoking outside the vehicle.
Any animal over 25 lbs. must ride in a minivan or van, with the exception of service dogs.
All animals must be leashed or in a carrier when traveling in an All Bay Limousine Service vehicle (cleaning charges may apply if applicable).
We request that when traveling with a pet, you notify a reservationist in advance so that All Bay Limousine Service can accommodate you. If you fail to notify a reservationist that you are traveling with a pet, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
When paying by credit card, you must provide the credit card number in advance for pre-approval. This is only for pre-approval purposes and does not constitute payment for the trip. Upon reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary hold equivalent to 125% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to secure the anticipated total including tolls, gratuity, additional stops, and waiting time. This hold is released when payment is processed approximately 1-5 business days before the trip.
The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up. The driver may ask for additional identification to ensure the validity of the card. All signatures and information must match before the card will be accepted as payment.
The credit card slip must be completed and signed at the end of the trip. During the trip passengers may not leave the vehicle, for any purpose, without first signing the uncompleted credit card slip.

Credit cards are processed approximately 1-5 business days before OR after the trip date. The charges will appear on your statement as the date of processing, not the trip date.
All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format by a secure server to ensure All Bay Limousine Service’s and our customers’ maximum security, and the assurance that your information stays confidential, private, and safe. VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS
All Bay Limousine Service does not accept online-only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online use. All Bay Limousine Service shall not assume responsibility or liability in connection with the use of on-line only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online transactions. All Bay Limousine Service shall have no obligation to honor transactions made with such cards.
RATES AND BILLING
All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect the actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops and waiting time.
Vehicle Images presented on the All Bay Limousine Service Website may differ from the actual vehicle.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Limousine Service is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to luggage worth more than $250, including contents.
- Carry-on items that may be damaged in transit.
- Cash, jewelry and computers.
- Items left in vehicles.
We make every effort to locate property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you can call our office at (650) 323-7878 for our customer service department.
All Bay Limousine Service reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on the full travel rates.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
All Bay Limousine Service is not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, acts of terrorism, travel congestion, road closures, vehicle breakdown, accidents, flight and weather delays.
All Bay Limousine Service’s liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the fare.
The individual responsible for payment (“Customer”) understands and agrees that all charges are assessed by All Bay Limousine Service. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services. Payment is due at the time passenger is dropped off. If for any reason full payment is not made at this time, a late charge of two percent per month will be assessed. If this agreement is referred to an attorney and/or collection agency, Customer agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees.
If any breakdown occurs, Customer will be refunded the portion of the travel charges that relate solely to the time the vehicle is inoperable. All Bay Limousine Service reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another vehicle providing it is the same or larger size vehicle. Any downsizing of previously reserved duration of service or vehicle size will not relieve Customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled charter. In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.1 & 5348.3, consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers less than 21 years of age is prohibited.
The individual responsible for payment (“Customer”) and all passengers in Customer’s party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner not injurious to themselves, to third parties, or to the hired limousine. There is no smoking in any All Bay Limousine Service vehicle. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident. In the event of any physical damage to the limousine caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $300.00 for the repair and/or cleaning of the limousine. This includes anyone getting sick in the limousine. Decision as to the unusual use or wear of the vehicle rests with All Bay Limousine Service solely, and its experience as to the general use of hired limousines. Customer is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any part of the vehicle harmed by any passenger.
Emerging from the sun roof while the vehicle is in operation is prohibited. If passengers are minors, the sun roof will remain locked closed, the dividers will remain locked open, and a phone number of a parent of one of the passengers must be given to the driver prior to the ride. If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that All Bay Limousine Service deems valid, no refund of money will be made. All Bay Limousine Service reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate.
You and All Bay Limousine Service have agreed to these Service Terms within the State of California, for all purposes.
All disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with these Service Terms (including without limitation, their validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in (or having jurisdiction over) San Mateo County, California. These Service Terms and its validity and effect will be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts over you. You expressly waive any claim of forum non convenient. You agree to reimburse All Bay Limousine Service for its legal fees and expenses of instituting (or defending) a lawsuit by (or against) you.

Booking can be cancelled 4 hours prior for all Airport Departure and Arrival reservations. We always request you to give 24 hours of notice. For cancellation policy for charter services, please call 888-711-7878 or Local 415-877-1899. Should airport reservation is cancelled within 5 hours of the date and time of service the passenger or the billing contact will forfeit the full amount of contract or transfer.
No-Show will be charged at full rate.
All payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semi-monthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt.
You will not be charged for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our half-hour rate as applicable. This does not apply to Limousine or Charter Services.
We charge $15.00 for an extra stop on the way OR in the same city, within a radius of 3 miles.
An additional $15.00 will be charged after the hours of 11:00 PM till 6:00 AM, for all reservations.
All Bay Limousine fleet is non-smoking. If during the drive client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find the safe place, park the vehicle and allow the client to do so outside the vehicle.
