Safe workplace policy

All Bay Limousine enforces a strict drug-free workplace policy and conducts extensive background checks. Employees receive cybersecurity and confidentiality training to maintain a secure and professional service environment.

Door-to-door pickup services

Our chauffeurs will pick you up from your front door and deliver you to your destination safely and on time. We ensure elegance, professionalism, and comfort throughout your journey.

Flexible cancellation policy

  • For hourly charters or point-to-point rides: cancel at least 24–48 hours in advance.

     

  • For special events (weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, etc.): cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

     

  • For airport transfers: cancellations or changes are allowed free of charge if done before vehicle dispatch.

No-show policy

If you do not show up at the pickup location without notifying us, you will be charged the full trip amount (including gratuity). Always call our dispatch line at (415) 877-1899 if you’re lost or need help.

Payment policy

We accept all major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. A 50% deposit is required for card reservations. Cash payments must be made in person at the time of service.

Wait time charges

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all pickups. After that, wait time will be billed in 30-minute increments based on the hourly rate of your reserved vehicle.

Extra stops policy

Unscheduled extra stops will be charged an additional $15 to $50 or more depending on the distance and deviation from the planned route. Please mention all stops in advance during booking.

Early morning & late night surcharge

Trips between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur an additional charge of $15 to $25, based on trip time and distance. We’re available 24/7 for your convenience.

Non-smoking vehicle policy

All Bay Limousine enforces a strict no-smoking policy inside all vehicles to ensure cleanliness and passenger health. If a client insists on smoking, our chauffeur will stop at a safe location. Violating this policy results in a $100 fee and immediate trip cancellation.
