Napa Valley Expo is approximately 60 miles north of San Francisco (about 75 minutes without traffic). On festival days, expect 90-120 minutes. Our chauffeurs use local routes to avoid Highway 29 congestion.
As early as possible. BottleRock weekend is the busiest limo weekend in Napa Valley. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute availability is not guaranteed.
Yes. We offer wait-and-return service. Your driver will be at a designated pickup point when the music ends (typically 9:30-10 PM). No waiting in rideshare lines.
Absolutely. Many groups book a half-day wine tour before the festival starts. We can visit 2-3 wineries in the morning, then drop you at the festival gates in the afternoon.
Yes, you're welcome to bring food and beverages in our party buses and limos (some conditions apply). Many groups pre-game on the ride up from San Francisco.
