Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms that govern the use of All Bay Limousine transportation services.

Last Updated: January 1, 2024

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a reservation with All Bay Limousine ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "Passenger") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all transportation services provided by All Bay Limousine, including but not limited to airport transfers, hourly charters, point-to-point service, wine tours, wedding transportation, and corporate travel.

If you are booking on behalf of another party, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf and that the passenger(s) will comply with all terms herein.

All Bay Limousine reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Reservations & Booking

Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone at (415) 877-1899 or (888) 711-7878, or by email at info@allbaylimo.com. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our dispatch team.

A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation via email or text message that includes the reservation number, pickup time, vehicle type, and fare estimate. Verbal agreements by phone are not binding until followed by written confirmation.

For airport pickups, you must provide the airline name, flight number, and terminal. We monitor flight status in real time and adjust pickup timing accordingly. It is the client's responsibility to ensure flight information is accurate at the time of booking.

Special requests (child seats, specific vehicle color, refreshments, signage) must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee availability of specific add-ons.

3. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate accounts, and approved purchase orders. Cash payments are accepted for point-to-point trips only and must be arranged in advance.

A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. The card on file may be pre-authorized for the estimated fare amount prior to the trip. Final charges are processed within 24 hours of trip completion and include the base fare, gratuity (if pre-selected), tolls, airport fees, parking charges, and any applicable surcharges.

Gratuity is not included in quoted fares unless explicitly stated. The industry standard is 20% and may be added at the time of booking or paid directly to the chauffeur. Pre-paid gratuity is non-refundable after trip completion.

Corporate accounts with approved credit terms receive invoices on a net-30 basis. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

Standard reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the quoted fare.

Special event bookings (weddings, proms, wine tours, multi-stop itineraries) require 72 hours' advance notice for cancellation. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. Holiday and peak-period reservations require 7 days' notice.

A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to appear within the designated wait time (15 minutes for standard pickups, 60 minutes for airport pickups after flight landing). No-shows are charged the full fare.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our online portal. Phone cancellations will be honored but must be followed by written confirmation within 1 hour.

5. Limitation of Liability

All Bay Limousine's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: traffic congestion, road closures, construction, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, mechanical breakdowns of third-party vehicles, or airport operational delays.

Passengers are responsible for their own personal property. All Bay Limousine is not liable for items left in the vehicle after the trip. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery. A retrieval and shipping fee may apply.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Bay Limousine, its drivers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's misuse of the vehicle, violation of these terms, or unlawful conduct during the trip.

6. Insurance & Safety

All vehicles in our fleet are fully licensed and insured in accordance with California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) requirements for charter-party carriers. Our TCP (Transportation Charter-Party) license is current and available for inspection upon request.

Every vehicle carries commercial liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,500,000 per occurrence, as required by CPUC regulations. Additional umbrella coverage is maintained for high-value corporate and event bookings.

All chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed by the State of California, and subject to background checks, drug testing, and ongoing driving record reviews. Chauffeurs maintain current DMV medical certificates and defensive driving certifications.

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, in compliance with California Vehicle Code Section 27315. Passengers under the age of 8 must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat provided by the client unless one was requested at the time of booking.

7. Privacy & Data

This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and improving our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with payment processors, insurance providers, or law enforcement as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
